Heh. With all due respect, good luck with that. I have seen endless horror stories on here of people who got IE 8, didn't like it, and then couldn't reinstall IE 7. Stick with IE 7 and check out Mozilla Firefox! In fact, the new Firefox 3.1 Beta has all of the new features of IE 8 (some have been on Firefox for a while, which Microsoft stole....) and many more that IE doesn't have. Or, get the stable version (3.0.8, I think), which has most of the "new" IE 8 features (Firefox has had them for a while now...Firefox has been ahead of IE for a long time!)

you should download the setup file for your vista 64 version and then install it. it will work.

C'mon dude. Do us a desire and get any of suitable the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera or Konqueror. i do not care which one . enable's merely kill internet Explorer once and for all.

I downloaded IE8 and found it to be freezing on me. So got rid of it and got back IE7 after uninstall and system restore.

So I am using Google Chrome for good measure. It is lightweight and compact without much of bloatware.

you should really really use Mozilla Firefox 3.0.8 or Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 thats my version Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 x86 your using windows vista x64
