Can somebody help me with this problem in MS Word?

Question

I dont knw if this some kind of worm or wht but when im openning a word document file, the font is turning to bold format and also when printing the docs. Even though the file was saved from other PC (and just openned in my PC for printing) same thing happens. Im using MS Office 2003. and im sure that i did not do anything about the formats. Can someone tell me please how to remove the virus/worm if tht thing is the reason why im having this problem?

It sounds like the file is formated that way. Just change the formating after you open the file and resave it.

Yes thats right versions you save your doc file is very imp. I mean doc saved in MS XP is different than 98 or 2000 or even 2003. So that could one of the issues else you might want to check your printer drivers etc

i know a fair bit about computers, and have had similar problems.



it is probably not a virus worm, but incompatible programs from one pc to another. if it was just happening with the printer, i would have said it was the printer settings.



even with msword, one version can be incompatible with another.



try using the same program on both computers.

Not an IT expert, but I think you can consider re-install MS word or office again as that might be easier and faster.
