if you get rid of the table, then your data might be real hard to read.



- copy all the data in the table

- open up a new Word sheet

- if you are using word 2003 or earlier

- clcik edit

- click paste special

- you should see unformatted text as an option click it and ok



if you haveword 2007 then theres a down arrow underneath the Paste icon, and paste special is one of the options.



if that doesnt work, then open up Notepad (start>all programs>accessoris>notepad) and paste it into that.
