How Do I extract images from a PDF Adobe document?

I have downloaded a trial version of Acrobat X, I can select image and that is as far I get. Also I need to know how to save that image as a separate file.

You can try to do a "print screen (capture)", then go to what ever photo editing software you have, paste it, then crop the picture.

Hi, maybe you can convert the PDF file to editable Word format, then you can easily copy or reuse the images in Word document.
You can try it, simpo pdf to word, I have used it for months, it can convert the images in PDF accurately into Word document.
