"Support Center Agent has stopped working"
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

This pops up every single time I use my computer. Idk how to fix it or if there is anything to fix or worry about. Should I just delete the Samsung Support Center from my computer? I have no idea if its even needed o.O

I am having a the same problem on a similar Samsung and for me it happened after I did the latest Bios update recommended by the SW Update software. I have contacted Samsung support and I'm waiting for an answer. Others have recommended simply removing the 'Support Center' software by using the SW Update. You can re-install later if you choose.

I just recently started having this issue. I opened "Easy Support Center" and then accessed Samsung thru the "troubleshooting" link. The "tech. support" person accessed my computer for free, and then downloaded a "Microsoft" security update. I asked this person if it didn't work, could I uninstall "Easy Support Center"...the answer was yes. It did not work, so I uninstalled. Here's how and why... Click on your windows "start-up" icon (lower left corner). Click on "computer" and then on "uninstall". Find "Easy Support Center" in the list...click on it, and then click on uninstall. After uninstalling, "restart" your computer. After restarting, you may notice that the "icon" is still on your desktop...just delete it. Here's why I uninstalled...I've found that Samsung's base operating programs do not work well with Microsoft. Stay away from Samsung's "Recovery" program. It will cause your system to crash. Do not "download" anything that tells you it will help you with this problem, you will only get infected with "malware". In your operating system is a program called "Action Center". Search it thru your "Start-up menu". It is provided by Microsoft. Use this program for all your "troubleshooting", as well your only source for "defragmenting" your hard drive. Sorry for the lengthy answer, but learn to maintain your equipment. Paid for security programs are not necessary. You can protect your equipment by going to Microsoft Security Essentials...It's free, as well back that up with Malwarebytes.org, also free. Hope that I've helped.
