WinRAR is a data compressing software. It is used to open or compress .rar files. You can download .rar files from internet and then use WinRAR to open them. .rar is a very fast way to compress files that is why it is used so much. It also supports all other kinds of compression formats like .zip. It also comes for both Mac OSX and Windows. You can safely download it from here, www.rarlab.com/download.htm‎

Also, just for fun, if you hold down the keys H-L-2 at the same time, Gordon Freeman (From half-life games) will greet you with mashed potatoes and diet Pepsi.

You can download a free version of winrar here: http://bit.ly/1sMdIqr

Winrar is a very good program to unzip files and to decompress a bunch of other formats. You can use also 7zip or winzip for the same purpose but I believe that winrar is the best option. All these programs are very similar (you can compress/decompress files with a simple right click).

The great things is that winrar is free (you can download the trial version that never expires) and it can open all compressed formats: .zip, .rar, .7z / 7zip, .iso, .tar, .jar etc. (much more than the other programs).

That's why I strongly recommend Winrar

This is a safe link where you can download winrar for free here http://bit.ly/1v2nWkq

You can use winrar to unzip zip files (or to open compressed folder). 7zip or winzip are other softwares you can use for the same purpose but winrar is by far the best one. All these programs work in a very similar way: you just have to right click the file to zip or unzip any folders or files.

If you don't want a trial version don't worry. The trial period of winrar never ends so you can use it for free with no limitations.

With WINRAR you will be able to open all the type of compressed folder like file .zip, .rar, .7z, .7zip .iso, .tar, .jar etc... that's the main reason why I recommend it.

WinRAR is a software used to open or create archives, usually of .rar and .zip file formats. This software can also compress a file while archiving (for example, a 4.3GB file can be compressed to 3.6GB in normal compression mode). Apart from normal compression mode, there are good and best compression modes. You can set a password for your archived files. Know more at http://www.rarlab.com

Be practical. Crazy goals like losing two dress sizes in two weeks will almost always end throughout tears, lost motivation and regarding green little comfort eating. You can only ever appear like a thinner you – so set standards you already know you can achieve.

There are two versions of RAR for Windows:

WinRAR and WinRAR self-extracting modules require Windows XP or later.

WinRAR features

Complete support of RAR and ZIP 2.0 archives;

Highly sophisticated, original compression algorithm;

Special algorithms optimized for text, audio, graphics, 32-bit and 64-bit Intel executables compression;

Shell interface including drag-and-drop facility and wizard;

Command line interface;

Non RAR archives (7Z, ACE, ARJ, BZ2, CAB, GZ, ISO, JAR, LZH, TAR, UUE, Z ) management;

Solid archiving, which can raise compression ratio by 10% - 50% over more common methods, particularly when packing a large number of small, similar files;

Multivolume archives;

Creation of self-extracting archives (also multivolume) using the default or optional SFX modules;

Recovering physically damaged archives;

Recovery volumes allowing to reconstruct missing parts of multivolume archives.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Time your feeding on and exercise appropriately. Never eat prior to work out, and wait 30 to 60 minutes after training to make certain you catch your metabolism in its highest.
