windows woes won,t boot past account screen !!!!!!?

Question

computer boots till sign on screen click on account and says its loading settings and does not, only to revret to saving settings and nothing happens .

during the boot to windows the saved started up screen flashes and no programs are loaded in the task bar or any where else

any suggestions .

have tried last know config, no joy
can,t access to system restore
can,t use repair cos don,t have admin password


Got some important files so can,t re install without recovery.

ok what you could try is this as you are booting windows xp keep pressing f8

till you get to the options menu ie safe mode and stuff like that click on safe mode loading into windows ,go into Accessories System Tools then system restor .go back back a few weeks if you can to see if this fixes your problem .how ever it does sound like like a trojen thats doing the rounds at the moment and to fix this you will need restor to a earler time .dont let the computer connect to the net,then you will need use a diffrent computer download avg anti spywere then load it on your pc the lates one you can get.

try booting in safe mode by pressing f8 on start up

its doing the same with me, wont let me get into mail, keeps saying verify, secure but then wont come up for me to sign in
