No they will not.
Only YOU and you alone, decide the sources and the files to download on your computer
As viruses are constantly mutating, the onus is on you to avoid dodgy, illegal and dubious websites, and scan all files, including e-mails, BEFORE you open them.
If a virus or spyware profile is not in their database, then it will pass unnoticed, and infect your rig.
No company I know of, would give ANYONE a 100% guarantee of protection to either virus or spyware infection.

Nah, Never , they always shows some free services with hidden costs. Even never try for free virus removal sites. they will insist you to install their spyware and male ware over your computer and after long waiting they will ask for charges.
Simply join with your licensed software. If the virus or malware or trojans are new they will take one or two days time will automatically remove it from your system than.
Remember always "there is always some price tags" and "no free lunch is free at all."
Best regards.

No. Most anti virus programs only protect against 80 to 90% of all viruses. You should also download malwarebytes(free) or spybot search and destroy (free) in case a virus gets past your anti virus program
