Ok like in my question i get an error. this is what is says

Warning: Failed to verify the aunthenticity of this certificate because there was an error parsing the certificate. No assertions can be made of the origin of validity of the code. installing and running this code is not allowed.

Also recently i downloaded windows Service pack 3 but it failed to install a critical boot file so i needed to format my hard drive. so what would i need to do?

Thanks in advance!!

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.pcboostcleaner.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

Java 2 runtime ecosystem is needed for working java purposes on u r pc. And Java SE runtime ecosystem 6 replace a million is the replace for runtime ecosystem so u shouldn't eliminate any of them. U can do one project u might uninstall the two and set up as much as date Java runtime ecosystem.
