You can try liteCam, I've been using it for few months to record YouTube videos and pretty happy with it. I've tried several programs, and it works the best for recording short (5-20 minutes) streaming videos.

VLC

To get started at the VLC GUI, go "File\Open Capture Device..." and select mode =DirectShow and video device = UScreenCapture.

Under "Advanced options" check off "Device" and close the dialog. Select "Stream/Save Settings". Select "File" and det your capture filename.
