i have toshiba, second hand with french software and keys but im using english software windos XP, since i have changed the software it has changed the keybord I would like to change my keybord software ,please some one help me,is that possible ?

Goto control panel, Regional and Language options, Select Languages tab, Click on details and add French Keybord layout..

You don't say change back to what? is it English or French?
Anyway go in to control pannel and click on keyboard ICON. With this ICON you can change your keyboard lingo.
