Any half-decent video converter should do that. I use AVS Video Converter personally, but that's not free. There's SUPER which is very good and free (link below), but let me warn you that you'll have to click on like five different almost identical pages to get to the download link. I have no idea why they designed it like that, but the program itself is awesome.
