I'm on 8.1, T510.

Bluetooth was working fine, now nothing. It's as if the machine as no idea what Bluetooth is. This occured overnight.

I try searching for 'bluetooth' and nothing comes up.

I backed up everything, completely reinstalled windows. Still nothing.

I checked BIOS, it is enabled.

Small green switch on left side panel also activated.

The arrow on the task bar is gone too (where the small bluetooth logo was, also where utorrent or some other apps' logo appears). See image below.

The small bluetooth logo is for BlueSoleil, not bluetooth. Downloading that program solved nothing.

I tried installing the driver from Lenovo, but get the error message seen in the image. The blueeooth speaker I'm trying to use it activated and attemping to pair when I recieve this message.

Link for driver I am trying to use: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS038201

I'm very lost. Not sure why it needs the bluetooth device to be on in the first place when downloading the driver. Thank you for any suggestions-

Try going here (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page#) and entering your computer information. The machine type can be found on the bottom of your computer. It doesn't look like that driver supports your machine so maybe inputting your info will help. Good Luck! Let me know if you still have trouble!
