To change the font:
1. With a Word document open, click on 'Tools' on the toolbar at the top.
2. Select 'Letters and Mailing,' then choose 'Envelopes and Labels.'
3. Click on the 'Labels' tab, then type your address into the Address box.
4. Click on 'New Document'. A new Word document will open up displaying your labels.
5. Highlight the entire document of labels by clicking 'Edit' on the toolbar, then choose "Select All.'
6. Choose a new font from the Font drop-down box on the toolbar.
You can also change the font of individual labels by highlighting just the one with your mouse (as you would highlight a word or paragraph) and then selecting a new font.
If you want to create coloured labels with Microsoft Word, you must at least have the 2007 version.
You could also try Avery Wizard for Microsoft Office. This software provides simple step-by-step instructions to format and print Avery labels. It's free to download.
