Hi,Pet
Adobe reader is used for viewing PDF, you may not copy images from them.
If the file format is HTML, you just need to save the webpage in your computer. And you will see the images are saved as well.
Of course, if you want to extract images from PDF,try to convert PDF to Word using AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter. The program can preserve the original text contents, layouts, graphics and text hyperlinks after conversion. So you can extract images from word document easily.

Have a try and hope it helps.

Open HTML document in your web browser then right-click on image and select Copy. After that paste it on your desktop or any folder (right click on desktop or on folder icon and select Paste).

follow the steps below:
open the help document -> right click on the image that you want to save -> choose " Properties"
the properties window pops up.
copy the address of the picture
paste the address on web browser like IE, firefox.
the picture will appear on browser
right click on the picture and save it on your computer.
