how do you open a 2.11 GB file on the internet.?

Please help this is my assessment. I need to access a file on the internet for my Drama assessment but, when i click view or download it says that the file is too big. Does anybody know a solution for this or any free website to be able to download big files. please help.

The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large.

check you have more than 2gb of local disk space, otherwise the website isn't allowing you to attempt to view that much at one time, probably due to flooding.
