I am editing a PowerPoint 2007 org chart. Some boxes are unnecessarily large and some boxes are unneccesarily small. I would like to shrink some boxes. Is this possible?
Thank you.

Did you create the org chart by clicking on Insert | Object | Organization Chart Add-in for Microsoft Office Programs? If yes, then don't do it that way. Instead, click on Insert | SmartArt | Hierarchy | Organization Chart | OK. These boxes are easily resized using the sizing handles, and you can add a peer or sub to an individual box by right-clicking on the box.

yes they can be resized.
You should be able to select a single box in the org chart and just resize it with your mouse.
If you are unable to select a single box, you may need to Ungroup the org chart first. Right click on it and select Ungroup.
Be careful if you do this, I think everything will be ungrouped, so you may have to regroup individual boxes if they are colored or 3-d, etc.
