My windows interface changed suddenly and by itself.?

I don't know what happened but my windows changed: ctrl-alt-del doesn't anymore open my task manager it now opens a security window;when i start windows instead of showing my accounts to choose with click i should type the account's name to enter in it;my avatar shown when you click start dissapeared;when i turn off windows instead of showing me the blue original wallpaper and the text(saving,shutting down windows) it is showing me a window with that text;i can't change accounts now letting them on just by turning off them and working with just 1 a time.

Update your antivirus program and scan your computer would be my first choice.

You have spyware. Start in safe mode with networking on a wired connection, wireless will not do this. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org and run the full scan.

That sounds like your already in safe-mode

if i remember correctly if you rapidly press F11 like 9 - 12 times a

system restore/System options will pop up for settings on start-up and so on
