They appear to be table grid lines. They don't print, but they would go to a recipient of the e-document. You can hide them, but if the recipient has the option to show them turned on, they'll still see them.
Here's how to hide them.
1. Click in the table.
2. Click the Layout tab on right of the Ribbon, under Table Tools.
3. Uncheck View Gridlines, all the way on the left.
Hope that helps.

I seem to have the potential to make inner strains bypass away by potential of deleting paragraphs (Del/delete works greater suitable helpful than backspace through actuality of paragraph transforming into to be a member of regulations) yet had a booger of a time on a similar time as the line grew to become into on the top of the document. it quite is nasty, and it took me awhile to choose. the line isn't an merchandise, yet a paragraph border line. you would be able to prefer to click in or %. the paragraph above the line, then on the residing abode tab click the drop button (down arrowhead/triangle) on the border device and open the "Borders and Shading..." verbal substitute. Then turn off the paragraph border line (would desire to prefer to be set to very final diagnosis in fact...be sure you're on Border tab, not internet internet site border). Oddly, even although that border seems to be a aspects of a single paragraph, on a similar time as i attempted insane_mad's replica/paste theory, it inspite of the shown fact that saved the underline characteristic on the suited diagnosis as promptly as I pasted in fact the 1st 0.5 of a undertaking document. !!!? different than I used (text textile textile in fact) or (merge formatting) on the paste, it rather is. i don't pay interest to what (merge formatting) would desire to do to an astonishing, styled document, yet (text textile textile in fact) would desire to fairly undo varieties. The habit is screwy sufficient that I unquestionably have not have been given any feeling of coverage that the underline won't come back later. i ask your self even if if Libre place of paintings has those subjects....

If you print the page, the lines are not visible.
They are visible tough if you sent them to someone else, but then again, if they print it, it won't be visible either. Perhaps they know that.
I'm not sure, but you can try to change the color of the edges to white?
