How do I do this in Excel?

I need to make a column that has:

MO-SD-001
MO-SD-002
MO-SD-003

.... and so on all the way until MO-SD-537.

Is there a formula/way to make it automatically fill in the 537 lines with that information?

Basically just want it to fill in all those 537 lines of text that I need.

Thank you.

Just type MO-SD-001 into the top cell of the column, then put your mouse on the bottom right corner of the cell where it turns into a plus sign, then click and drag until you get to row 537.

Make this custom format "MO-SD-"000 (CTRL+1>Custom) Apply to column. Type in numbers in first numbers, select them then click and drag down to row 537.

Once you entered the first value stand on the bottom right corner of the cell. you will see your courser changes to a "+". now hold the left mouse button and drag it down. you will see the number changing.
