cannot install fire fox 3?

Question

I downloaded fire fox 3 and when i tried to install it, a message box appears saying that i should use only IE preventing from installation. How should I go ahead with fire fox installation. Thanks in advance.

well i guess ie is made the lone browser for your operating system



do you have the admistrator right for your system



check wether your accont has administrator rights go to control panel and then user accounts to check

Probably they can answer you about what are the requirements to install firefox.

Could be some setting of your Operating System.

If firefox could not answer, verify if you have MAC or Windows, you can contact the manufacturers for those.

Is it a pc or mac? If a pc what company and operating system. did you have any browsers open when you tried the install?
