when is microsoft going to introduce windows 10 bug fixes ?

I've not yet installed windows 10 i think i'm going to wait a while in case of bugs in windows 10 when will microsoft bring out bug fixes ? asking becuase i may install after that

There will be other updates released every day, every week, every month and every quarter: That is what "Windows as a Service" means.
