Well, the best way to get a complete software as per exact needs will be to get it made from someone. Hospital management system might be a very big thing for clinic and costly too. You can try for Clinic management systems which are available at less cost.



And if you want it free then just find some intelligent student of computer science and give him your requirements so that he will be able to submit his project and you will get your clinic management system for free!!! [something that I will suggest]

You should try the new office 2007 it manages ur work as per you want or you can go to your nearest software developer and ask him to build the software just the kind u like.

Else, there are many people on the net who have already built such a software . you must just find it on any developer website.
