System Admin Has set policies to prevent this installation help?

I'm trying to install a program onto my computer (Windows XP Service Pack 3) And I keep getting this message that says something along the lines of "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I've been researching this for the past few days. I've tried everything on the first three pages of google. I've messed with registry keys (I restored back though), I've messed with windows installer, I've set up a new Admin password, and a bunch of other things. Still I get the same error. Any ideas? Forgot your Windows XP password? Don't worry about that. I have troubled the same thing before. I searched from internet and solved the problem. Now i want to share with you and hope it will really help.



Solution 1: If you have owned another available admin password, it can work. Just log on your PC->Click "Start"button->Control Panel->Add or remove user account->Select the account you want to reset->Change or Remove the password. Then the password will be reset.



Solution 2: You can use one of the password recovery software tool to reset the forgotten password. Here, i would like to introduce you one of them, which i have applied. It is really a good hand. That is Windows Password Reset Deluxe. The process is following.



Step 1: Download the Windows Password Reset Deluxe from http://www.bing.com/search?q=Windows+Password+Reset+Deluxe&go=&qs=bs&form=QBRE and burn a erasable CD



Step 2: Boot the CD into the ISO image which is provided by Windows Password Reset Deluxe



Step 3:BIOS settings



Step 4:Recover the Windows XP admin password.

Login with the default administrator account



Step 1: Start Windows PC

Step 2: When you can see the Windows login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it'll show Classic Login box

Step 3: Type Administrator as Username and leave the Password field blank

Step 4: Press the Enter Key and then you can be able to login the default Windows administrator account which is it created by default when install Windows.



Note: When you input the key combination Please don't put the cursor on any account. And if you change the name or password before, you cannot login by this way.



Or try Windows Password Reset Deluxe to remove any admin password in one seconds!

It sounds like you made a bad selection as the Administrator...see if you can access that set up again and change it to give all access.
