there are a lot of programs claiming to be a wifi radar, such as this one; wifi-radar.systemimager.org but as far as i know, you can not tell which direction the signals are coming from as if you are in low signal, it means you are not picking up the high signals so your computer cant tell where the high signals are

what you need is a range expander

set it up and recieve stronger signal from your neighbours! lol

No.

Wifi antennas are omnidirectional to allow them to pick up a signal from any direction.

Radar antennas are highly directional allowing them to scan a sectional area.

The two purposes are not interchangeable.

If you wanted to build/buy a directional antenna, then yes. but standard off-the-shelf wifi? no.
