Windows 7 windows explorer problem. please help. easy 12 points?

Question

it stops working everytime i open MY VIDEOS folder. there are only sample videos which comes by default and GTA 5 trailer in that folder nothing else. i want to move GTA 5 Trailer from that folder but it crashes every time. i can't even open files of this folder.
windows explorer of windows 7 sucks so i use 7-zip file manager. but even 7-zip file manager can not open MY VIDEOS folder.
please tell me how to solve this problem and tell me the name of any other file manager who can work well on windows 7.

Some video files can cause explorer to crash with an incorrect memory address, I think it's because it cannot create a thumbnail and thus crashes. If my guess is correct, you should be able to fix the problem by changing the view to list.



Edit: I found a way to correct the issue. Right click on the folder you have problems with. Go to the Customize tab, select Documents in the drop down list and make sure to tick the checkbox below it. Click apply and there you go. This causes the view to change to list. Hence, no thumbnails will be generated.

hi,the internet explorer is inflicting all varieties of problems I have been given rid of it.look at sam brai he has a hyperlink assisting those with explorer 7.stable success He has responded 2 questions till now yours.

Ive xperinced da same prob b4.... there are few fix available in the internet.... bt nothing worked for me.... I think u need to format the C:\ drive (or at least delete the MY VIDEOS folder)....
