Downloading Anti-Virus over the net will just add spices on the viral infection. Once your computer got infected while having a powerful defense, it means, your ANTI-VIRUS will be lame. The final solution would be REFORMAT. But if you are a geek, you can go SAFE-MODE examine the running EXE, See your registry. Then delete the program itself as well as the keys on the registry. Log-On to Restricted user (not Admin).

Usually the virus will copy itself on System32 Folder, since you are using Restricted User, this won't allow, and so error message will appear with the corresponding program name. Go back to SAFE-MODE, and do the SEARCH & DESTROY Procedure.

You can try scanning with an antivirus, assuming you have one installed, in Safe Mode or just wiping your harddrive and reinstalling Windows.

If you don't want to reformat and you don't have an antivirus installed, you should buy an antivirus from the store, and do what the above person said.

If even on guard Mode and the gadget won't start up up, you're out of success. you have gotten a virus. Is your gadget guard with an anti-virus application? Does your pc have adequate muscle tissues (CPU, memory, disk section...)? you have gotten put in too many training that attempt to load upon beginning up and your gadget only can now no longer guard it. Re-set up living house living house windows and confirm you purchase an anti-virus application and set up it.

Did you try booting from the CD? Most antivirus programs have one; I know Norton does.
