I'm having a MS excel sheet and want to share it with other locations friends for updating. Please guide how an excel sheet can be shared online by multi users at diffrent locations ?

Start a gmail account and share the password with your friends. Then go to google documents and upload the spreadsheet. Because it is possible to upload multiple files of the same name, you might want to rename the file every time it is updated to discern one from another.
