Internet Explorer is not working in Vista!?

Question

With Chrome I am able to surf all sites and post this query! But with internet explorer, it always display "Internet Explorer cannot display the web". I google around and tried the following:
a. Reset WinSock
b. Reset Internet Explorer settings
c. All sorts of reset ...
d. Scanning for virus
e. Internet Explorer with no add-on
f. Was earlier using IE8 with the same problem, Updated to IE9, still same problem
Still the problem persists. The network diagnostic tool says, connection is fine.

What can be the problem.?

I can't help you sorry, BUT there is a better web browser! Say Hello to Mozilla Firefox version 5! Firefox is better because it has the power to combine google, yahoo and bing together in one search engine like yahoo!

My sisters computer has the same problem. I installed Firefox, and she likes it much better than explorer. Most people dont even use internet explorer, in all honesty chrome and firefox are much better than Internet explorer.

Your IE is not correctly install that's what i can say. to solve this issue.Go to add remove programs, then windows components first uninstall the IE from there. restart your computer.and then again select the check box for install. put in the windows cd for installation.then you can upgrade your IE.

do no longer bypass by an entire restore, you will lose any updates to the device and classes . do merely this open IE7 in admin mode in case you would be able to desire to and click on equipment. Try repair option (tools) in ie if not then reinstall it...
