Hi guys!
Can anyone tell me how to create a pdf file in samllest size. If I download any pdf file, it is in 10-20 mb but when I create any pdf file it becomes huge. Although there aren't so many pages in the document. Can anyone help me in this regard?

well in saving files, if u save least, or saving once when ur creating a file, the file will be a bit smaller, also if there are pictures in it the size of file will be bigger. But, if ur trying to email it or save space, try winzip or winrar to compress the pdf file. anyway hope this help, if not im sorry :)

You've probably got a lot of images. Make the images smaller, they are probably way larger than they need to be (the resolution of the file... for example, take it down from 2000x2000 to 200x200)



Also, get rid of any large vector graphics you might have.



If you have a mac, you can also try the Quartz "reduce file size" filter in Preview, it will do these things automatically.
