When I open Internet explorer I am missing the tool bar and menu bar, and I can not get it back (I have right clicked on every border of the page, but no option for menu or tool bar) Please tell me is there a setting that's incorrect? What do I need to do to fix it?

Also, I am using an older issue of Internet Explorer, I think IE 7.0

Yep, all you need to do is press F11 to exit out of this mode.

Your next step though, should be to download IE 8, as it is safer, faster, and compatible with more sites than IE 7.0. Or if you are running Windows Vista or 7, go ahead and give IE 9 Beta a try!

Here's a link to download, just let me know if you run into any problems:

You might be in Fullscreen mode. Tap F11 on your keyboard to toggle it off.
