About Xilisoft DvD Creator 6 Menu Image background?

Question

When i try to burn and convert my video on my DvD-Rw cd using Xilisoft DvD Creator 6 it says an error : "Failed to add black panel" since i added an image background then that error keep comming up when i Burn the video on my cd that error appears when Creating Menu.......Please Solve my problem thanks!

Extra Information:
The Image background that i putted on the menu was .png format
And when i tried to burn videos using my Xilisoft DvD creator 6 with the default templates of the menu creator everything worked well except when i change the image background to the .png picture that i wanted.
Oh yea and One More Thing the Video is .avi .
