how do I download swf/flv from ANY site?

Question

Is there any software, firefox add ons etc.
NOTE: before you answer, I'm not looking for a video downloader that allows you to download from youtube,google video etc. I need to literally be able to extract ANY embedded video from ANY website. I don't mind if the software re-records the video instead of downloading it. PLEASE HELP thanks

as i know, only moyea swf to video converter can do that work at present. for it can convert online swf file(including swf file has embedded Flash videos (FLV)) to video, and all online videos are swf files or FLV embedded in swf files
