I need to convert PDFs to JPGs. Also, an easy way would be great, if possible.

If you're using a Mac:

Double click the PDF document (make sure you're using Preview)

File > Duplicate

File > Save

Click the drop down menu and change the format from PDF to JPEG

If your task is to batch convert PDF to JPG, I would recommend following this instruction: http://www.print-driver.com/how-to/batch-convert-pdf-files-to-jpg If there are not too many files, install the software called Universal Document Converter. If there are dozens of files, it’s better to install one more utility – Print Conductor http://print-conductor.com/ It’s a very convenient tool for working with a large number of files with different file extensions.

This is easy :

Step 1 : Download this - http://download.cnet.com/Office-Convert-PDF-to-JPG-JPEG-TIFF-Free/3000-10743_4-10900900.html

Step 2 : Install this

step 3 : Open your PDF file and select 'convert it to JPG or JPEG' something like that . And you're done.
