I downloaded the pivot stick figure animator the other day and played around and made some animations. When i saved them as a gif, i noticed that they slowed down alot, so i tried decreasing the frame delay. It still remains at the same, slow speed. Is there a way i can speed it up? The software is from http://www.geocities.com/peter_bone_uk/software.html

There is a stick man animator here:

Half way down the page.

Don't know if it is the same one.
