soft focus effect download?

Question

Hi I love the Soft Focus effect that I seen on Webcamtoy.com
I use Manycam, and a lot of other webcam effect websites but I can never find the soft focus effect, or a soften effect for my webcam, does anyone know of one I can download? so while I'm Skyping or what not I can be seen using the Soft focus effect?

I'm not sure about an installable program for that, but I know that http://hdbooth.net allows you to adjust the amount of blur to add to your photos. As far as using it on Skpe, I'm not sure.

Any particular picture? After looking through the photostream, you can see that some were taken with a sureshot, and quite frankly, are typical unimaginative teenage shots. If you really want to know how to edit the pics, why not leave a comment on the work asking how it was done. That way, you will get the exact answer to your question.
