server 2003 boot error?

i started the server 2003 and when booting it displayed the dialogue reading "setting up personalised settings for: C:\WINDOWS\System32:vcrt80.exe" after a few minutes it displayed the error dialogue "DxFDF.EXE encountered a problem and needed to close. on closing that error dialogue, the following error dialogue followed "dfghxjxs.exe encountered a problem and needed to close.
what is the problem.?

Yep it's a malware.



Download some antimalwares programs, update n scan your computer.

Update your antivirus too ( I assume you already have it installed ) and scan.

problem with startup group - this is malware



go to safemode disable startup programs - go to registry and remove and scan/clean hdd
