Does anyone of you have this problem with the new iTunes 10?

I just downloaded installed iTunes 10 according to the software update. However, there are a few problems which I have discovered:

1. Previously, in iTunes 9, you can double click on the file you want to play and browse for other music at the same time. However, in iTunes 10, you click on the music/song file and the whole iTunes window changes to video mode and you cannot browse for other music/songs at the same time. You cannot find the source and list pane but the whole file plays like a quicktime file. How can you change the preferences to be able to view the panes as in iTunes 9 when playing a music/song file?

2. The new iTunes 10 has another problem of not being able to play the file when the iTunes window is closed, which you can do in iTunes 9.


These are just two of the main problems and there are many other problems like these which make the new iTunes 10 seem not as good and user-friendly as the previous iTunes 9. It just seems harder to use. So, are these problems only with the iTunes 10 in my computer? If not, how do you solve these problems?

Everything is screwed in iTunes 10, I haven't seen them yet but a lot of people has been complaining about problems with iTunes 10.

I'M SO ANNOYED. I don't have those same exact problems, but after the first song I pick plays, it just freezes up on me. And when it's minimized, it doesn't play either which I think is what you're referring to in #2. Right now, my iPod is not working so I'm relying on iTunes for all my songs and iTunes isn't working either! I'm really hating iTunes 10. It has more problems than nice, new things that an updated version SHOULD have. I have to keep manually exiting iTunes cause it stops working and it slows down my computer, making it lag.

i'm additionally having subject concerns with iTunes 10. After improve it reported I wasn't authorized to apply something and that i losg all get right of entry to to my appleTV container. After quite a few rapid fixes failed, i desperate to uninstall and do a sparkling 10 installation. The deploy took a at a similar time as and loading that's plenty longer yet iTunes now works on my laptop yet nevertheless does no longer sync or artwork on my AppleTV so i won't be able to watch my domicile movies from my pc to television anymore. undecided what the restore is yet yet while everybody is conscious the respond to this, i'd % to appreciate.

I haven't found an answer yet, but I just installed iTunes 10 yesterday, and now my whole computer doesn't recognize audio CDs, even though DVDs are fine. I called tech support, and they wanted to charge me $50 to diagnose a problem they already admitted was a software issue on their end.

OMGGGGGGG im having the same exact problem!!!!!! its so freaking annoying ive looked everywhere and i was hoping this place would have an answer :((( UGH i feel your pain
