I am looking for music software, the type where I can plug a guitar/keyboard into my PC and record the music and then edit and stuff.

Are there any Free software or cheap software around that anyone recommends? (By cheap I mean less than or around £100)

Any recommendations would really help!

Stay away from free music software. The reason is that free software is lacking in features and you will end up buying the software prgram anyway. There is a great website that has alot of information and reviews on different music software programs. I will link below.

If you want a good online music software that is fairly inexpensive then I would try Sonic Producer. I like it it is easy to use and you can make some banging hits. Here's a secret go to the site below click on the Sonic Producer Link once on the Sonic Producer site hit the back button and stay on page and you will receive a special discounted rated.

There are many dj softwares on the market. My favourite is Traktor, for me the best program to edit music, mixing songs, etc. Get it here: http://bitly.com/1lB0BAz

It works like a charm.

I hope it helps
