Recommend a free tool for you to do this: Aoolsoft PPT to Video Free(http://www.acoolsoft.com/powerpoint-to-video-overview.html#105 )

It allows you to convert PowerPoint to video file with no cost. All the animations, transitions, sounds, and video clips will be retained after the conversion.

You can see some demos created with this tool: http://www.acoolsoft.com/community/product-demo.html#105

Hope it helps.

Are you running this on a DVD player?

Personally if your running on a computer you can still have it run as a presentation by saving it as a Power Point Show .pps

Just change the Save as Type that will store all images and files you include in the presentation this way you don't have to worry if the other computer you going to watch it on has power point installed all you need is the free viewer installed on the computer.

Simple. After you inserted video into presentation, just set the limit of file size (max=50000kb) and then, without needing the source file, you will be able to play it.
