Just some ideas, but you could highlight the payments that are automatic withdrawals as a green background, the payments you can pay online as blue, and the payments you have to mail or pay in person as red. You could also do a conditional formatting formula so that if it is less than seven days until the bill is due, the formatting will change (bold font, yellow text with black background, etc).

Highlight your data; on the Home tab, click Format table and you will be presented with large array of automatic formatting choices. Take your pick.

After constructing the workbook, I always do the following:

Insert a background into all Sheets. I use different textured backgrounds I created in Photoshop.

Create a WorkBook_Open event handler in VBA that removes all toolbars, the formulabar, statusbar, worksheet menu bar, and sets a caption. Set an Auto_Close macro that restores all upon exiting the workbook.

Remove all gridlines except those I format.

Remove the Row and Column headers.

Remove the Vertical Scrollbar and/or Horizontal Scrollbar, if they are not required by the operation of the worksheet.

Create a 'Splash Screen' userform that identifies the project and scope.
