If you know how to convert word documents or any form of data file into .tif, .gif, .png, .bmp, or .jpeg that would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Hi, Angie, if you want to convert documents into pdf format, what you need is a pdf creator, which can create pdf from most of printable file formats like word, excel, .jpeg, etc. you can try simpo pdf creator lite, it's free pdf creator. http://www.simpopdf.com/pdf-creator-lite.html

You can convert between gif, bmp, jpeg and many different formats indlucing pictures, video, documents using "Format Factory" which you can download here http://download.cnet.com/FormatFactory/3000-2194_4-10968547.html

To convert word file to pdf file:



Method A (only for Office 2007) :

Download and install the Office Addin: 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS (http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/4/b/f4bfd843-a0b6-4031-aa98-0a3db7403d0f/SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe ) so that you can save your word files as pdf files directly after finishing.



Method B (for Office 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2010):

Use the free Office to pdf converter Moyea PPT to PDF Converter

to convert your word files to pdf files directly.



Method C (only for Office 2010):

If you are using Word 2010, you can save the Word file to pdf file directly.

On an imac you can Print/to pdf. Winows seven i think has it too. If you have neither, try googling it or doing it from google docs (not sure about the last)
