if you update a computer from windows vista basic to vista premuim how much does it cost?

i have 2 questions how much does it cost to update a toshiba laptop from windows vista basic to windows vista premuim because i put aol on it and it didnt work with vista basic so my dad told me it would work with premuim is that true. does it work with premuim

That's more of a downgrade than an upgrade.



I think the home premium upgrade CDs run about $80
