Locate and delete duplicate files on PC - Windows OS?

I have recently discovered that there are a lot of duplicate files on my parents computer. - Identical images, identical file names, stored in different folders.
Is there a simple way to search for any duplicate files so that any duplicates can be deleted?
I don't mind purchasing some software, but don't want to spend a lot as I hope it will be a once off clean up!

I think clone Remover is a good program for this problem:
