I have a free trial on my PC but I have now purchased 2010 Home office and Student and I want to know if I need to remove the free trial off my PC before I install my purchased Microsoft 2010? Can someone assist me with this. Thank you!!!

I would uninstall the trial version using the Control Panel, Programs and Features to uninstall the trial version.



If this is a downloaded version of Offices 2010 Home Office and Student, burn a copy of the downloaded installation file to a DVD and write the activation key on it.



Then install the Office suite.

You don't need to uninstall the trial version. You can activate it using the product key you purchased.

You need a product key of office home and student to active your office only
