I lost at least $150 worth of stuff on iTunes after updating to the latest iTunes. After the update I opened iTunes and all of my stuff was gone, music, movies, apps, everything. I did what they told me on the FAQ part of their website and it did not work. I would like to email Apple about how to get my stuff back but I cant find a way to email them. I spent a lot of time looking at their site for an email but it keeps bringing me to the FAQ. Please help.

Here is a link which will take you to the respective section of iTunes and then you can email them accordingly choosing from the list of problems.

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html

Phone Support:

http://www.apple.com/support/expert/itunes/

You can even arrange a phone call with them.

Hope this helps!

Can't you just re-download from the account? Like PSN? Since you bought it already.

I cant find any contact info on the website either..

Usually its info@(name of company).com

So try info@apple.com or info@itunes.com
