i open a school. now i want to keep my all cash details. so, i want to use a accounting software. pls help me.

It is an online package which is a big plus for us as we work on the road or at different locations a lot. It also means you don't need to worry about backing up your data as they have their own backup solutions.



Capabilities outside of accounting:

Estimating, time tracking & projects. Depending on how you run your administration you may find that "Projects" has some of the features your looking for but is nothing like on par with a standalone MIS system and has been built as a pretty generic system for small - medium business's, not with print in mind specifically.



Things I would hope to see from Freeagent it in the future:



A fully fledged iPhone app.

At the moment there is a third party app called mobileAgent. With this app you can enter expenses, photo's of receipts, mileage, timeslips (using a built in timer is you wish) and you can see the balance of your bank account. You can also review invoices to see what is outstanding or overdue etc and look up contacts.

I would really like an app that could perform all the admin tasks available in the program.



Program for print buyers using the API

There is an API for developers and when we grow I would very much like to making our own program for print buying that runs seamlessly with freeagent. ie raising invoices from within jobs etc.

as far as i know.. a software k/n as "Tally" is a good one for all ur accounting needs.. i've not used the software myself but hv seen it in action at many places.. be it in schools, colleges, shops, showrooms, hotels, etc.
