Options- WORD PERFECT, CELFRAME, LIBREOFFICE, SCIENCE OFFICE, LYX, EXP SCIENTIFIC WORD PROCESSOR, MIKTEX, LATEX 3.
It should have-
easy to use equations, symbols, universal constants,Graphs and diagram making ability etc.

I would choose Lyx for that. LibreOffice for everything else.

You should go with Latex 3. Its surely the best. I use it too and have a great experience of it.
