my pc is microsoft windows xp proffesional i recently activated autometic updates on and i turn of my computer and pc screen it says it will autometicaly turn of my pc after updates done.but i was urgent and i switched of my pc directly.but when i turn on my mouse not movieng but mouse curser showing and i go to the device manager and checked it showing error code 19.even troubleshooting not working

when updation is running then all the windows program restoring in your system. if you directly turn off your system there are alot of chances that some program do not store in proper way.So more time this type of problem create.

You need not want to update your pc, or you may will suffer from some problems. Always off the automatic updates.
