Recently I notice my CPU Usage easy to go up 100%. I notice that same name EXE files are running on my computer.

I'm not sure these are fake exe and make my PC slow or I have too much unnecessary program running on my computer.

Could you help me? This is my Task manager shows me what running right now while CPU usage was 100%.

Thanks.

Especially the svchost.exe, this is normal. SVCHOST.EXE is the front end for a number of windows services so it shows up for each service that is run.

If you download process explorer from www.sysinternals.com (free and no install required) you get a better view of these that will show you the differences between them all.

You can use these tools to find out specifically which process is chewing up all of the CPU.

the cpu usage will not stay at 100% it will jump around. and alot of those processes are necessary for certain things to run. some you can safely end without anything bad happening. just look them up on google to find what each one is. main ones you need are explorer.exe, svchost.exe, winlogon, sysdoc32, wmiprvse. also another thing you can do is restart the computer and the un necessary processes will end.

It just looks like antivirus, customization and messenger (I think)

I'm guessing you're running vista or you've got ALOT of tabs open in IE.

Don't worry about it, and if it gets on your nerves too much, upgrade.

thats normal its just windows thats why it gets slower and slower... recommend a mac os windows with its huge programming script it is deadly, if you are using vista good luck waiting for windows 7.
